Gravelachia is one of the most beautiful yet demanding gravel courses around. Beginning and ending in the beautiful mountain town of Norton Va, riders can expect challenging climbs of both Category 1 and 2 as they pedal their way through optional 35, 65, and 90 miles of the most beautiful gravel paths and roads in the country. The unique thing about these courses is that they are they are predominantly off-road with the entire course being 70% gravel. Racers will be supported with aid stations at miles 34, 49 and 60 as well as support and aid vehicles for the 90 mile course. The course is fully marked for all loops and all finishers will receive a completion prize. There are also grand prizes for the top 3 finishers in both the men’s and women’s categories, and prizes will be be followed by drinks at the Sugar Hill Cidery. Come join in on the fun!
