LOVEwork at Kids Central Incorporated

Each letter of our LOVE sign celebrates the attractions and culture of each area served by Kids Central, Inc. The “L” features the City of Norton, highlighting outdoor hiking trails, the infamous Woodbooger and Central Drive-In (opened in 1952). The “V” is a nod to Dickenson County’s country music roots and must-see outdoor recreation. The “E” showcases Wise County, with coal trains of Appalachia, from the lonesome pine in Big Stone Gap all the way to the waterfalls of Little Stoney in Coeburn. Finally, the “O” symbolizes the love we have for children and the helping hands we offer to each community, bringing them all together by teaching children and honoring educators.
